WHY I LOVE COOKING

everyone has something that they like.There is no one in this world who don't have a passion. but in my case its not a passion  but its something i like and we call it as hobby. everyone loves cooking and even if  they don't, they have to cook and eat one day or another. In this blog i will share you some ingredients as well as preparation about cooking in simple way and the one that i am sharing is a Bhutanese well known dish. kewa datshi (cheesy potato dish) is a dish loved by almost all the Bhutanese especially by the kids. it can be spicy as well as non spicy.  

So first of all i will start with our country's famous dish called kewa datshi ( cheesy potato dish)
in this dish you need:

INGREDIENTS
  1.  potatoes
  2. 1 and half tea spoon of salt it ( if the quantity is more and if less add 1 teas spoon of salt)
  3. 5 pieces of green chili
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 tomato
  6. 1 glass of water
  7. 1/2 cup of oil
  8.  5 slices of cheese (Maximum 3 if you want it to be cheesy).

PREPARATION

after all the ingredients are ready put the potatoes in the pot. Than add chili, onion, tomatoes, water oil and salt. 
Than put the pot on the stove and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
When the water is dried see if the potatoes is cooked well or not then put the cheese and cover the pot for 30 seconds. (The water should not be completely dried)
After 30 seconds stir the potatoes and see if the cheese if perfectly blend.
Then its ready to eat.
